Job Responsibilities
- Insights and Appointments /leads generated
- Achievement of new business opportunities agreed depending on.
- Achievement of talk-time/chat-time and leads target as in individual as well as departmental goal.
- Own call performance against target is tracked and managed to ensure campaign targets are exceeded
- Coordinate with other inter-departments in order to satisfy customer needs and interest.
- Ensure accurate opportunity and forecasting data is provided to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Country regarding communication notes and allocation
- Ensure that all conversations held with prospects gain competitive information, create awareness, retain prospects needs and identifying business opportunities.
- Work closely with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Country liaison SMEs to provide market product and recognition feedback from engagements
- Attend to any ad-hoc task assigned such as Customer Engagement & Market Insight
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) phone/chat based sales, specifically software maintenance renewals.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Experience ideally in phone based account management sales, ideally software renewal and upsell.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Sales Force.com or similar CRM tool, is preferred.
