Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned commercial portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and team
    targets.
  • Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the
    customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
  • Acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
  • Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
  • Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
  • Collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including but
    not limited to:

    • Trade
    • Forex
    • Cash Management Solutions

Job Requirements

  • A recognized degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience in banking industry
  • A minimum of 5 year of credit and marketing experience in commercial banking business loans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture
  • Results driven with strong commitment to achieve sales target set by bank
  • Possess own transport
