Job Responsibilities
- Product Development
- Support system developments, enhancements and ad-hoc projects for Cash Management
products & services to ensure timely delivery - Support the implementation of Cash Management products & payments marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the department’s business and financial objectives
- Prepare product documentation and standard operation procedures for Cash Management
products & services to provide guidelines to other business units on the product features
- Support system developments, enhancements and ad-hoc projects for Cash Management
- Implementation & Sales Support
- Demonstrate products & services to customers and other business units and carry out joint calls with Sales Teams when required
- Understand customer needs and requirement and collate customer feedback on products &
services Monitor product performance and utilization to ensure product relevance and benefits - Escalate issues raised by customer or Client Service team to IS to ensure solutions provided are to customer’s satisfaction when required\
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in related fields
- Minimum 3 year experience in managing product development projects in a banking industry
(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) - Good knowledge in banking products, competitor offerings and market needs
- Good computer knowledge and certain system software
- Good communication, written and oral skills
- Good planner and organization skills to meet objectives and deadlines
