Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Role & Tasks

  • Managing brand health tracker and ad tracks operation – working with agency and internal stakeholders
  • Monthly market/competitor update
  • Scope and Setup ad hoc surveys with analysis and reporting
  • Conduct a special innovation project to help improve operational efficiency
  • Testing survey link to ensure all requirement is in tact
  • Conduct ad hoc qualitative/quantitative research pertaining to segments insights

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

  • Excel and pivot skillsets
  • Familiarity with statistical and survey tools
  • Good powerpoint skills
  • Fast learner, friendly and approachable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
