Job Description
What the role is all about:
You will provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR transformation & analytics activities of Allianz. You will learn about quality data framework to support end-to-end HR solutions and processes. You will help driving standardisation of HR data, use analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities as listed below but not limited to :
1) Support of a variety of Master Data initiatives
- Assist with HR product data audits and maintenance
- Support data remediation activities; validation, creation, update and mass upload
- Produce data quality weekly reports
- Review respond and redirect queries from internal stakeholders
- Prepare and co-ordinate timely submission of all reports, ensure proper documentation of reviews
2) Review & Develop of Standard of Procedure (SOPs) & flow charts
- Participate in HR process review, identify process gaps, and recommend process improvement
- Create / update SOPs and flow charts to deliver consistent & quality services
3) Implement to a series of HR Transformation & Analytics projects
- Support system Implementation, integration, testing and centralization activities
- Process improvement / automation initiatives
We are looking for a calibre:
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in, or have recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a relevant area, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Data, Computer Science
- Great communication skills and a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs
- Strong interest and exposure to data analysis is required
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be pro-active, willing to take initiatives and responsibilities
- Prefer intern can starts in March/April for minimum 3 months internship
