Job Responsibilities
- Able to handle customer’s escalation efficiently by determine the direction of a particular customer’s complaint.
- Problem solving and collaboration between internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Communicating goals from Management Team to the ground.
- Manages and develops a team of assigned Agents to meet and exceed performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, support, and education.

Requirements
- 1-year BPO supervisory experience. Preferably someone with minimum 3 years Banking experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Language proficiency in English is mandatory. Preferably if can speak fluently in Mandarin
