Job Description
We are looking for a Mid/ Senior Finance Executive to involve in the full set of accounts and all financial transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with full-set accounts, audit & tax-related knowledge, accounts reporting tasks, and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Responsibilities:
- Full set of accounts
- Assist and take part in closing yearly reports for financial audit and tax computation
- Preparation, data entry, the closing of mid / end month invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, and documents related to accounts
- Involve in debtors collection/banking/filing
- Liaise with the banker on banking matters
- Preparation and maintenance of monthly accounting reports
- Preparation and processing of purchasing documentation (purchase orders and related documents to suppliers). This includes but is not limited to, accepting and placing supply orders and related customer service
- Maintain a system of ordering materials, supplies, and equipment
- Follow up on purchasing process
- To assist in any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or higher in Accounting or equivalents
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Must be highly self-motivated, meticulous, organized, proactive and a responsible team player
- Knowledge in Xero & Biztrak Accounting software is an added advantage
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work long hours when required
- Experience in supervising junior staff
- Those who can start immediately would be an added advantage
