Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process involves receiving document set in email
  • Organizing the documents by type in tool
  • Manually search shipment in Navisphere ; Transportation Management System)
  • Validate document type matches actual document
  • Name document as per type (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
  • Ensure customer’s enquires are responded and resolved with the SLA given.

Job Requirements: 

  • Fresh Graduates from all background are encourage to apply
  • Languages Required: Mandarin & English (as this role will be served to Mandarin speaking client)
  • Must be willing to work in office
  • Must be willing to work during Public Holiday & weekend
  • Working time: 9am to 6pm (5 days per week + 2 rotational off days)
  • Candidates majoring in International business/ supply chain will be added advantage
