Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Help prepare invoice and expense reports.
  2. Analyze financial data.
  3. Perform research for budgeting and financial forecasting.
  4. Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy.
  5. File documents.
  6. Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Active enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  3. Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  4. The ability to be discreet when handling sensitive financial information.
  5. A willingness to learn.
  6. Detail-oriented.
  7. Analytical skills
