Responsibilities

To monitor and update overall budget and S-Curve month to month
Source for sub-con quotations and negotiate with them
To update the latest prices from sub-con for every new project
To prepare Consultant’s LA
To distribute Rebar and BRC Taking Off among QS and monitor progress
Check Taking Off, BQ, LA and sub-con progress claims prepared by QD
To counter check and monitor orders of Rebar and BRC
To order Rebar and BRC including phot copy and filing

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Candidates with experiences are more than welcome to apply
