- Assist Sales Manager or any assigned sales personnel in handling client’s enquiry.
- Assist in carry out day to day work administration such as quotation, data entry, booking and filing.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop customized event proposals.
- Coordinate and liaise with hotel operations on client’s accommodation, F&B, conference venue, team building, transportation and inspection.
- Assist in compiling reports, research and other analysis reporting.
- Other assignments by Manager or assigned personnel.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently persuing a Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Planning, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willing to work in KL (Wisma Genting)
- Internship, min 3 months and above.
- Possesses CGPA 3.0.
