System & Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Perform backups and disaster recovery.
• Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
• Experience with a variety of network hardware and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
