Mandarin Speaker Intellectual Property Manager @ Puchong

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in intellectual property management
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and regulations
• Experience drafting and filing patent applications and trademark registrations
• Experience negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in implementing them
• Experience in handling client portfolio

Responsibility:

• Manage the intellectual property portfolios of our clients, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
• Develop and implement strategies to protect our clients’ intellectual property rights
• Conduct intellectual property searches and analyses to identify potential infringement issues
• Draft and file patent applications and trademark registrations on behalf of our clients
• Manage the patent and trademark prosecution process for our clients
• Negotiate and draft intellectual property agreements, including licensing agreements and non-disclosure agreements, on behalf of our clients
• Provide intellectual property advice and support to our clients and company’s business units
• Monitor and enforce company and our clients’ intellectual property rights
• Manage the intellectual property budget
• Ensure that the company’s intellectual property management practices are in compliance with ISO standards
