MARIM is a non-profit trade association representing corporations that practice Risk and Insurance Management in Malaysia. We are looking for an administrative intern to join our team and provide support to our daily operations and activities.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Requirements: At least 18 years old, currently enrolled in a college or university program related to business, finance, accounting, or management
you will:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and email correspondence
- Maintain and update records and databases for our members, partners, and events
- Prepare and distribute reports, newsletters, flyers, and other communication materials
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our services and processes
