KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Migration data, Data entry, Data validation, Upload documents etc
- Claim processing – Work on incoming claim from customer or retailer.
- Ensure comply with T&C, Exclusion and Purchased confirmation.
- Share the accurate updates to customer.
- Attend to every enquiry including claim update and feedback through ticketing systems.
