Job Description
- To support sales or service team in related activities with the key objective to grow the division.
- To work closely with other departments within the company to execute all assigned tasks.
- To support sales or service team in preparing quotations and tenders.
- To coordinate and follow-up on order processing.
- To assist in conducting market research.
- To generate sales / service reports and to update the database.
- To assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and pamphlets for the sales division.
- To prepare presentations, excel sheets, minutes of the meetings and necessary reports.
- To attend to customers’ enquiries / complaints to ensure necessary actions are taken and followed-through.
- To always provide quality customer service when attending to customer calls and queries.
- To create and maintain customers’ database in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- To ensure systematic documentations and filings.
- To exhibit product knowledge and to execute product marketing and promotion.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
