Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products
- Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
- Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary
- Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested
- Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate;
Build an instant rapport through effective communication - Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
Requirements
- Min SPM holder; Diploma etc
- Able to converse/speak in, English or multi-language and experience in phone sales will be an advantage
- Experiences with telesales or customer service experiences in automotive or insurance will be a plus point
- Able to cope with Sales Rejection
- Be driven by commission
- Willing to work in KL Eco City (Walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum).
