Job Description
- Project Planning: Lead project plan development, organize and monitor overall project implementation.
- Oversee construction ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants on design and planning requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for project success.
- Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses for cost efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement expense control measures.
- Ensure progress billing aligns with the project schedule.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all civil and structural work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and promptly address issues or deviations.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges that could impact project timelines or costs.
- Project Reporting: Generate regular project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Other Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate CCC, VP, Defects, and Maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the preparation, review, and management of construction contracts, including cost analysis and recommendations for contract variations.
- Attend site inspections and meetings.
- Perform any other tasks necessary to support the mentioned responsibilities.
