Job Description
Strategic Planning & User Experience
- Plan and manage aspects relating to user experience and user journeys for software projects, BI projects, integration platforms, and AI enhancements, from initiation to closure.
- Visualise and document the platonic ideal for user experience, considering the application of AI where relevant.
Project Management for BI, Integration & AI Projects
- Develop and manage project plans for BI projects, integration projects, and any projects involving AI components, such as predictive analytics or automation.
- Collaborate with data analysts and developers to design and build reports, dashboards, integration solutions, and AI-powered features.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements, including those for AI implementations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, ensuring all components, including AI, are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with vendors, including those providing AI technologies, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Communicate project strategies and initiatives, including AI enhancements, to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Budget Management
- Oversee quality assurance for all projects, including those involving AI, and troubleshoot problems during implementation.
- Manage project budgets, tracking AI-related expenses if applicable.
Staying Up-to-Date & Training
- Stay informed about the latest AI trends and tools, to recognize opportunities where AI may be applied in future projects.
- Provide user training for new systems and features, including AI-powered elements.
Documentation & Collaboration Tools
- Ensure proper documentation for all systems and projects, including those involving AI, ensuring alignment with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Perform any other tasks necessary to support the mentioned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing software projects, BI projects, and integration platforms - Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to closure
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and track expenses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools, such as Notion
- Experience with documentation of software systems
- Ability to advocate and instill a habit of constant communication with the team and stakeholders
- Experience in overseeing the implementation of ERP systems
