Job Description
Responsibilities:
・Handling all inbound calls, chats and email support to customer general enquiries, complains, comments, feedback and other raising issued related to the company‘s products.
・ To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
・ Work in a team to achieve your goals
Requirements:
・ Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage
・ Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are encouraged to apply – Full training will be provided.
・ Applicants must be willing to work on rotation shifts.
・ Each shift consists of 9 working hours (inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break), 5 days work per week
