IT Executive

YNY Technology aims to move towards Industry 4.0 by using automation and data exchange in our technologies and overall work processes. With this goal in mind, we are looking for an enthusiastic Information Technology Executive who can work with our team to make this happen.

Can You Contribute the Below?

Provide hardware, software, system, and network support.
Manage & protect company data, server and network from security threats.
Direct the development, implementation, and administration of all IT.
Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
Write procedures and various technical documents.
Maintain IT inventories and licenses.
Manage the purchase of all software, hardware, and IT supplies.
Evaluate business processes and suggest for improvements by developing solutions to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way
Configure, support and troubleshoot for Router, Switch, Access Point & Firewall.

Do You Have the Technical Skills?

Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Good knowledge in Computer Networking (LAN/ WAN and switches) and hardware (desktop’s, laptops & printers), systems, MS365, SharePoint, computer viruses and security.
Familiar in Information Security Management System.
Knowledgeable in ERP systems and SQL Database will be an advantage.
Experience in server or desktop installation/ troubleshooting.
Have a solid knowledge of technology and the role it plays in modern business operations.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Proactive & able to work with minimum supervision.
Have at least an internship experience working in an IT corporate environment.
