Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

– Assist in e-commerce creator ( Celebrity; MCN;Top creators; Community) operation & planning work, monitor & find potential e-commerce creator and make customized cultivation plan & policy to help them grow and retain, keep summarizing the learnings & methodology;

– Support in merchandise matching and content scritping of short video and livestream for key creators, finding high potential products and match products to different channels to maximise sales.

– Familiar with various operations & analytical tools to cluster and profile creators by characteristics, analyze the e-commerce content (short video/livestream) performance, selling performance to define the improvement tactic and support decision making;

– Foster trusts relationships with merchants to achieve better pricing and quality of services.

– Work with cross functional teams to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution.

Qualifications

– Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week for at least 3 months.

– Having strong networking/experience working with creator/influencers, brands and merchants from Fashion, Food & Beverage, Beauty, Home or Digital category is a plus.

– Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.

– Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.

– English proficiency is a must.
