Job Description
You will assist the senior management in developing, implementing and managing the group’s human capital management policies and procedures, provide staff support, etc.
You should be self-motivated, highly resourceful and have good organisational skills. Having the drive to contribute and the initiative to improve processes of the group’s human capital management would be ideal. As the position needs interaction with people at various levels, a pleasant personality accompanied by an excellent command of English is a must.
Besides having a relevant HR Degree, some experience of working in the full spectrum of human capital management would be an advantage.
