Job Description
Provide support to sales team by prepare the quotation and follow up with customers on the enquiries made
Process sales order and ensure all sales transactions are properly delivered and documented
Prepare sales invoice, cash sale invoice and delivery order after the sales transaction are properly posted to Navision system
Close check Delivery Order and Invoice for the amount Tracking sales order and arranging logistics to ensure on-time delivery
Follow up on outstanding delivery
Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure proper record and filing of documents
Perform customer sales visit as and when needed Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirement:-
The ability to communicate effectively.
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
A friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Strong customer service skills.
Relevant working experience in the related field will be added advantage
