- Carry out tracking and monitoring of sales leads, analysing and concluding the sales leads
- Enhance the sales process by identifying the pain points and making the process more efficient
- Carry out sales projects and cascade down to the frontliners on the implementation and execution
- Actively and aggressively market and identify new business opportunities and customer acquisition
- Engage with branches and relationship managers from other departments for cross selling activities
- Be the liaison between share trading centers and HQ – RBIL
- Attend to & handling of customers business needs
Job Requirement
- Possess a recognised Degree in Business Studies / Accounting / Finance / Banking / Sales & Marketing / Investment related studies
- Preferably candidate with Module 6 and Module 7
- Working experience in similar capacity / in stockbroking industry will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Excellent team player & motivator who is proactive
- Willing to learn, matured, confident, trustworthy, compliant and hardworking
- Exceptional & extraordinary quality customer service
- Interest and passion in the stock market and share investment
