Job Responsibilities
- Identify line of business key focus areas and implement relevant marketing campaigns or initiatives toachieve our budgeted numbers.
- Campaign Management
- Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, product cross sell/up sell, product utilisation or anti attrition. Key activities include:
- Conduct pre campaign analysis or opportunity sizing: Identify target audience and build business case to evaluate benefit and cost as well as to assess potential risk and return to the Bank.
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop unique value propositions and to deliver the right messages to engage with our target audience.
- These include identifying the right marketing mix to effectively reach out and capture the interest of our target audience at different stages of the marketing funnel.
- Design meaningful customer journey as well as develop viable sales, leads management and customer fulfilment process to promote operational effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring adherence to internal operating procedures as well as risk and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct effective campaign briefings to our customer-facing team (i.e. sales, branches, contact centre, etc.)
- Conduct regular and consistent research on the latest competitor offerings and/or market best practices/trends to keep our business ahead of other industry players.
- Data Analytics and Performance Management
- Track, monitor and analyse KPIs related to all initiatives and quickly build countermeasures
(where necessary) to ensure all initiatives meet the strategic and financial objectives of the line of business and the Bank. - Develop periodical management/strategic decks such as sales and campaigns dashboards,
forecasts and performance reports to management. - Leverage on data analytics to identify key learnings and provide recommendations on
performance improvement.

Job Requirement
- Degree in any related field
- Banking know-how, analytical skills preferred
- For Executive Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- For Managerial Level: Min. 2-3 years of working experience with basic banking know-how
- Strong project management skills
- Good command of language (English and Bahasa Malaysia)- both spoken and written
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as influencing, negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve
common business goals and targets. - Mature, self-motivated and result-oriented.
