Job Description
- Responsible for aftersales service & operation coordination as per management requirement
- Provide assistance and support to all service networks in terms of daily operations issues
- Implementations and monitoring of compliance with standard operation procedures ; requirement
- Coordinate with the internal and external departments on the task assignment as and when necessary
- Handle ad-hoc tasks & issues as and when required by the management
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or any related disciple.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- IT savvy especially in Microsoft Office application
- Dynamic personality with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel as and when it’s required
