We’re looking for someone energetic, responsible, and ready to take charge of day-to-day outlet operations. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment — this role is for you!

Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
– Lead and supervise service crew (including scheduling, briefing, and training)
– Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer satisfaction
– Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
– Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and ensure proper storage
– Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
– Ensure all SOPs and safety standards are followed
– Work closely with the management team to continuously improve outlet performance

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality; supervisory experience preferred
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
– Good communication in Mandarin; proficiency in English is a bonus
– Passionate about delivering exceptional service and food experiences
