Job Description
Responsibility:
• Perform Service and Repair of Dyson’s products.
• To communicate with customers as part of service requirement – main focus to serve
customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
• To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
• To produce quotation for Over warranty units.
• Produce timely and detailed reports.
• To meet KPIs set up.
• To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service
success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and
increases profitability.
Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good command of English
• Able to complete internship duration 3 or 6 months
