Job Description
A) Requirements;
- Possess minimum Degree
- Must be able to read, write and conversant in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus point)
- Must be ambitious, show great initiative to learn yet also a strong team player
- Must be comfortable working with short deadlines, long hours (sometimes weekends & public holidays) and demanding clients
- Must be a competent computer user (Google Suite, Excel Sheet)
- Will be of a great asset if have some HTML, CSS basics
- Those that have secretarial / events background is also encouraged to apply
- We hire attitude, not skills
B) Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and team members to organize physical or e-conferences and e-exhibitions
- Work is pretty variety – entails planning, coordinating, negotiating, onsite front-of-house and management
- Work together Project Managers and Functional Managers
- Reports to Operations Director
