Programme Overview
The Graduate Trainee Programme is a great opportunity for young talents to undergo the journey of job rotations through front and mid/back offices of banking. The 18 month programme will equip you with knowledge, skills, and practical experience to take on the role of Compliance, Investment Account, Product Development, Automation Support, Deposit & Financing, Wealth & Business Operation, and Business Corporate Banking. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives, gain a breadth of experience, and engage with senior business leaders of the bank.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Fresh graduate / individual with max 2 years’ work experience, with min criteria CGPA of 3.20
- Bachelor’s degree holder
