To meet individual sales targets set for the Financial Year in line with the Bank’s business direction.
Job responsibilities
- Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
- Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
- Attend road shows and etc when required.
- To actively promote Credit Card products.
- Cross selling other banking products, when required.
- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
- Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times.
- Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Senior & AM to assist in providing training and guidance to new recruits or junior sales executive.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programmes etc. at all times.
Education/Qualification
- Minimum recognized, SPM, Diploma Level or equivalent.
- Competency in Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
Experience
- Fresh graduates can apply. However, those with sales experience will be an added advantage.
