Job Description
- Act on any potential leads provided from internal, contact center, helpdesk, etc by outbound calls or email.
- Act on inactive merchant leads provided by performing outbound calls/emails.
- Design, implement, execute, evaluate and monitor on activation strategies and campaigns.
- To take up and manage special handling requests from non-tagged existing accounts.
- Review and analyse merchant base regularly on inactive merchants.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders across departments to create merchant business opportunity.
- To ensure KRAs are met which include inactive rates, new merchant acquired, sales volume, etc
- Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with team members at all times.
- To comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirement.
