Job Description
- Perform data cleansing: Assist the Application System owner to ensure data input quality which involves prevention measures, on-going and periodic maintenance by utilizing the robotic process automation project.
- Work with Application System Owners, Data Custodian, SME and IT to establish data quality metrics; Ensure critical data is rectified at the Application System and approach
- Application System Owners for approval on all data rectification resolutions
- Analyze the existing data in relation to the quality expectations; work with IT to fix data inaccuracies by following the Bank’s Change Management Process.
- Process data improvement, launch activities for data quality monitoring, create data management policies and ensure the Regulatory Reporting is accurate and complies with BNM
- reporting standards
Education/Qualifications
- Malaysian Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Banking, Finance or a recognized professional tertiary qualification in related field and/or with related working experience
Experience
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Regulatory Reporting in the financial services industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Application (especially Excel application)
- Possess knowledge on Retail Banking System and Cards Host System will be an added advantage
