Functional (job responsibilities)
- To assist the Head, Strategic Partnership in recruitment of dealers to apply FSF to achieve the assigned target by working closely with Auto Loan Centre and Business Commercial Banking Sales team;
- To assist the Head, Strategic Partnership in monitoring and tracking the progress from application and approval of FSF until ready to utilize stage;
- To assist Head, Strategic Partnership in driving utilization rate of FSF by working closely with Auto Loan Centre and ensure the FSF dealers are covered and attended by Auto Loan Centre;
- Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of dealers, competitive, and macroeconomic trends that impact the FSF program;
- Provide market feedback by analyzing patterns in potential and existing dealers and market behavior in order to consistently optimize our program performance and improve market shares;
- Propose any marketing campaign if required;
- To support and assist other strategic partnership programs upon request.
Education/Qualification
- Any recognized Degree or equivalent certificates qualification;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, customer-oriented and able to work independently;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints and within established deadlines.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales & marketing, business development, customer relationship management, partnership or equivalent role will be an added advantage;
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply;
- Travelling is required.
