Functional (Job Responsibilities) :
- OHS Documentation
Assist in maintaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System documentation, ensuring it is up to date, documents controlled, records maintained, information communicated to stakeholders. These include, risk & legal registers, incident reporting data and annual reporting.
- Data & Report Generation
Assist in collating data for baseline measurement of Bank’s OHS performance.
- Induction Material
1) Maintain & improve the OHS Resource Site for stakeholders to access information on OHS & Environmental Compliance.
2) Create and update online training material for stakeholders.
3) Produce and update posters and other communication material for stakeholders.
- Worksite Inspections
Assist with worksite inspections and other checking activities related to OHS.
Jobholder Requirements
Education/Qualification
Diploma / Degree level exposure to Occupational Safety and Health, and seeking Internship experience.
Need to have a minimum competency in Microsoft packages, including advance excel and PowerPoint.
Special Skills
Taking responsibility in work and able to work diligently on assignment assigned.
