Job Description
- To handle full cycle recruitment process
- Headhunt candidates from different Job Portal.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals
- Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
- Identifying passive candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques
- Partnering with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.
