Job Description
- Manage E-Commerce Platform (eBay, Domestic platform and etc.)
- Handle customer order from all the online portal and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner
- Updating, managing and maintaining website’s backend such as pricing, product listings and inventory of products, etc.
- Assist and resolve customers order issues
- Plan online Sales & Marketing strategies (Banners/Products design coordinate with Designer Team)
- Perform general administrative such as filing and controlling docs
- Others related admin duties
- To assist the HR Admin Department on filing and data entry
- Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional departments as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
