Job Description
- To work closely with E-Commerce service provider.
- Able to manage online Domestic platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and etc.
- Update online stores and manage website content, such as products, promotions and etc.
- Control, maintain and manage website backed such as upload photo, price adjustment and product details from time to time.
- Prepare daily and weekly Platform Report
- To manage and monitor website configuration and parameters.
- Produce ad hoc analysis to answer questions; and identify trends, opportunities and risks in the business.
- Create and execute an online launch plan (including ALL marketing) for new brands and assortments.
- Execute content changes, which support omni-channel messaging supporting the stores.

- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Responds to customer inquiries, concerns and requests regarding all products and services.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and services, warranties or terms of sale, places and processes payments for orders, refunds or exchanges.
- Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional departments as needed.
