*You will have the opportunity to acquire soft skills such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, recruitment skills, etc during your internship.*
You will play an important role in:
- Updating company databases when there is a new hire and employee resigns.
- Screening resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Update company policies, employee handbook if needed.
- Prepare payroll data like claims, leaves, etc.
- Ad-hoc administrative task assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- BS degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, detail-oriented, self-disciplined person.
Expected Start Date: June 2023
