We are Millilitre Beverage, a leading beverage company specializing in premium coffee beans, chocolate powders, and teas. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a salesperson in the food service channel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our range of high-quality products, including coffee beans, chocolate powders, and teas.
- Develop prospecting and lead generation skills to identify potential customers in the food service industry.
- Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and attend industry events to generate leads and build connections.
- Provide personalized product demonstrations and solutions to potential customers, addressing their specific needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and leverage promotional materials.
- Track and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the food service or beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
- Passionate in beverage (Coffee/Tea/Chocolate) is added advantage.
