Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day business operations under the guidance of senior management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist in marketing initiatives including analysing market trends, planning, developing marketing strategies, execution of marketing activities, budgeting, monitoring performance, video marketing, SEO/SEM, etc.
- Assist in HR related task including Recruiting, Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with different departments to support cross-functional projects.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
- Good project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
