Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Business Administrator Intern who can support our business admin department with daily business administrative tasks and activities.
Working Location: Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur ; working from Home for now due to Covid-19)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in driving and supervising strategies for positive business growth
- Assist in overseeing the financial and budgetary activities
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping company databases up to date
- Assist Business Administrator and the department with day-to-day customer relationship management and business operations
- Identify inefficiencies and research new innovative ways for improvement through technology and resources
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
Requirements:
- Is pursuing/have pursued a Business Administration degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated & disciplined
- Good oral and written command of the English language is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Broad business knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
