Compensation & Benefit
➢ Execute and processing the monthly payroll process, time attendance records checking, Overtime, payslip and its relevant
➢Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payment and Government reporting such as Income Taxes, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF
➢Liaise with immigration, Labour, EPF, SOCSO and IRB Department when required
➢Assist to prepare and formulate Compensation and Benefit policy and guidance to direct Compensation and Benefit practice
➢Assist staff performance evaluation program to develop talent management
➢Review, update and maintain documentation systems including employee’s personnel files, summarize and update the HR data and reports
➢Assist audit in ensuring relevant compliance of relevant Labour Law
Industrial Relations & Employee Relations (IR & ER)
➢Represent the first point of contact for Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (IR/ER) matters by providing the highest quality service by responding to their people-related inquiries and concerns.
➢Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance and development.
➢To handle disciplinary issues, performance management, grievance and absence to minimize disputes and support employee morale.
➢To lead and conduct domestic inquiries, prepare investigation/statement report & recommendations for Management Team on disciplinary issues.
➢Provides counseling to problem employees pertaining to disciplinary matters such as misconduct, absenteeism, breach of contract & handling staff welfare and engagement activities.
➢To prepare the Disciplinary Letter, Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, Performance Improvement Plan, Termination Letter
➢Monitor and keep track with the timeline set to the employees with disciplinary / performance issues.
➢Prepare documentation with regards to labor relations matters
➢Develop and implement ER programs to enhance industrial harmony, which include retaining staff.
➢Responsible for employee movements within the company i.e transfer, contract renewal/expiry by preparing monthly tracking and reporting.
➢Assist audit in ensuring relevant compliance of relevant Labour Law
Administrative Support
➢Maintain and ensure HR ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated.
➢Assist in develop, implement & maintain Human Resource policies and procedures.
➢Preparation of monthly reports base on HR-related metrics. Maintain and implementation of proper policy, working procedure, and other rules and regulations.
➢Assist to strengthen internal communication, feedback to superior timely and provide suggestion.
➢ Support and assist any other ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities.
➢Other additional and ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements
Education:
➢Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Working Experience:
➢At least 5 years relevant working experience in HR / industrial relations and preferable in project environment
➢ Good knowledge in Malaysian Labour Law and keeping abreast with the latest litigation updates.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
➢Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
➢Good English skills of both verbal and written.
➢Understanding on Malaysia employment law.
➢Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
➢Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
➢Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
➢Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
➢A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
➢Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
➢Ability to work with large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
➢The ability to pay attention to details and a having a strong sense of urgency.
➢Maintains a high level of discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
