Job Description

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and translate brand design standards into all launches and VM.
Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to build a robust storytelling VM and drive in-store interaction.
Observe and study customer journey with sales team to continuedly improve retail service and increase customer experience within space.
Set up and educate the sales team on all new launch/VM items and roadshows.
Manage vendors for minor store upkeep.
Support in sourcing supplier and VM props when required.
Store VM upkeep with a 6month offering.
Be the creative ambassador by researching current Visual Merchandising, design trends, and digital innovation.
Handling any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisors or Company from time to time.

Requirements

Outspoken and love meeting new people.
A keen eye for detail.
; 2 years of relevant experience.
Proactive and flexible attitude.
Quick thinker.
Looking to thrive and take ownership.
English language – Mandarin and Malay are a plus but not necessary.
Have your own transportation.
