WIDEBED is Malaysia’s best & pioneer rental property management services platform since 2011. We help property owners maximize rental income through short-term rental, vacation rental & long-term rental with marketing, hosting & concierge services.
Responsibilities
– Cold-calling property owners based on a provided list of contacts and establishing communication with them to pitch our property management services.
– Cold-calling to new prospects and clients offering promotional deals.
– Following up on leads and maintaining a database of potential customers for consistent communication.
– Aim to set up an introductory call/meeting with the procurement team to close the deal.
– Keep the procurement team updated on potential leads for an introductory meeting or a call with the owners and clients.
– Presenting product and service details and offering additional information about to owners and clients.
– Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales knowledge and techniques.
– Collaborating with sales representatives, the management team, and others to ensure the smooth functioning of the pitching process.
– Maintaining accurate records of customer details, feedback, and preferences.
– Be willing to multitask for self-development
– Always maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
– Excellent Mandarin, English, and BM
– At least 2 years experience preferably in the relevant industry, but not necessary
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

– Have an interest in property management
– Be familiar with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
